    • Your offer should be compelling, persuasive and clear

    • Landing pages should be concise, easy to navigate and free from distractions
  • Limit Scrolling
    • Scanning is very common among all audiences, keep all offers above the fold
  • Use thank you pages
    • Use your thank you page as an opportunity to upsell or cross sell other products, services or content
    • Great opportunity to drive users deeper into your site
  • Create your form
    • Keep your form short using no more than 4 fields if possible
    • Setup an autoresponder that will deploy once the form is submitted
  • Add an ungated piece of content
    • Consider adding a free item like a video or info graphic to drive engagement
  • Leverage images and videos
    • Users are typically overwhelmed by landing pages that are too text heavy
    • Add images to break up the text that is presented on the landing page
  • Add testimonials
    • This will lend your landing page additional credibility wile lessening the hesitation that many users feel when handing over their personal information
