Technology Lead

Technology Leader: 23-POS1-US

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Technical Lead with a passion for coding and prob problem-solving expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to a software development team. Responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality and scalable software systems that meet the needs of the organization. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Mentor junior engineers by sharing your technical knowledge and helping them grow as developers. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and QA.  
  • Implement software solutions and applications using programming languages such as Java or Python on the Azure Cloud platform. 
  • Leading the design and implementation of complex software systems, utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, as well as database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases. 
  • Code, test, and deploy scalable and resilient software systems that meet high-quality standards using Java. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects, utilizing debugging tools and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Write technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and test plans. 
  • Participate in code and design reviews to ensure software solutions are aligned with the organization's technical standards and best practices. 
  • Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve software development processes and products.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a passion for coding and problem-solving, and expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to join our organization. Responsibilities for Product Owner

  • Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations.
  • Manage the product development team to create a strong end product.
  • Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems

The Technology

The Role

The majority of your time will be spent delivering on requirements provided by your direct manager. You will work with a variety of technologies in our tech stack, but primarily Ember, React, Node, and relational databases. Familiarity with AWS is a significant plus.

Project Manager

Project Manager (Tier 3): 23-POS5-US-NY

The Project Manager (PM) will collaborate with the program manager, project leaders, resources, and stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities related to various processes of project management, communications, budget, and data analysis. The position assists in business planning need analysis, and business risk assessments. The position requires significant interaction with cross-functional departments within the organization and excellent communication and relationship management skills.


  •  Support the programs/projects workstreams, focusing on PMO governance and project management best practices. 
  • Assess the project's health, including workstream dependencies, critical path, and project health analysis with the PMO team on a routine basis.
  • Assist in implementing resource management and capacity planning efforts for project workstreams. 
  • Analyze project reporting outputs for data integrity, trends, themes, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Generate and analyze IT data queries for various IT assets. 
  • Support ad-hoc project data management and report requests 
  • Prepare materials for program reviews with leadership.

Mandatory Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology, Business or related field.  
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in a Project Management Office or business analyst.  
  • Experience with various project management methodologies such as Waterfall/Agile/Scrum.  
  • Solid documentation skills related to business analysis and requirements gathering.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Executive Assistant

Administrative Assistant: 23-POS6-US

 

The Executive Assistant position provides general support to the company's Executive Office as an Administrator. Beyond basic office tasks such as typing, filing, and communications, general support duties include arranging staff and client meetings that address strategic, conference, or program development planning the position will also make business-related travel accommodations.


Participates in project management duties assigned by executives. These duties include gathering data through an information system or from managers, supervisors, and department chiefs within or outside an organization. This may include tracking and monitoring invoices, and expenses and running financial reports in QuickBooks.


Information and technology processes through updating internal websites and communications. This position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and multiple other technologies such as Salesforce CRM as deemed appropriate.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect - 22-POS1-US

Effectively maintains deep technical expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, with an emphasis on multi-cloud integration, custom development, data architecture and integration, and robust technical solutions design. Responsible for ensuring that our SFMC developers, business partners, and integration partners deploy solutions that are fast to market, highly performant, and scalable. 


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

  • Develop technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing skills such as SQL, MySQL, SOQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP Script. 
  • Support email campaign development team to include development, pre-deployment testing/QA, and deployment of transactional and promotional sends. 
  • Map Data across multiple data sources, driving standardization and creating workflows that support personalization in customer communications. 
  • Knowledge of AMP script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of MySQL, T-SQL, or SOQL, ia plus. tice guidance and patterns to our developers and integrating partners. 
  • Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate the SFMC platform into the Company’s infrastructure. 
  • Responsible for the data sync from Salesforce-to-Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all other data integrations needed to supplement Salesforce data for the Company’s digital program. 
  • Collaborate with other solutions architects, product owners, developers, and system administrators to solve technical challenges, while leveraging technical best practices and solution patterns for the Salesforce platform. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and development teams to develop microsites, implement trigger programs, help define business requirements and map process flows as well as implement new functionality and product capabilities within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. 
  • Audit current queries, automation, triggers, and journeys and suggest optimizations.
  • Actively participate in the technical design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related software components. Help continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on recurring requests or evolving industry standards. Provide guidance and oversight for the development team, help control project scope, and handle any unforeseen issues that arise. 
  • Maintain the overall health of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Manage and support the DevOps CI/CD approach, including migration of functionality between Salesforce environments. 
  • Maintains Knowledge of the Company’s Salesforce standard and custom data structure and any changes or new fields, workflows, or processes that might impact Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s setup. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information Technology preferred. 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience.
  • Knowledge of AMP script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of MySQL, T-SQL, or SOQL, is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Return Path or Everest is a plus. Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification preferred. Salesforce Technical Architect certification is a plus.
