· Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
· Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Payment industry certifications (e.g., AAP, CTP) are a plus.t.
