Transitioning from active-duty military to civilian life poses challenges, particularly in securing employment that matches one's interests, qualifications, and aspirations. Many skilled US Service Members and Veterans face obstacles such as temporary or low-skilled jobs due to a lack of specialized credentials, hindering their integration into society and the economy. Nonetheless, we aim to change this narrative.
We're committed to creating a supportive environment where US Service Members can learn valuable technical and digital skills in top IT hubs across the country, thanks to our partnerships with local organizations. Our program offers veterans the training and support they need to pursue successful careers in Salesforce. We provide personalized job coaching and help them connect with a network of like-minded individuals who can offer guidance and support. Once they've completed the program, we assist graduates in finding meaningful employment by connecting them with our network of Salesforce partners, clients, and local businesses.
In collaboration with our local partners, we are creating a special program for US Service Members to learn technical leadership and digital skills in the most sought-after IT locations in the country.
Obtain the necessary knowledge, contacts, and guidance to launch a career in the top CRM in the world.
After finishing the training, connect directly with our network of Salesforce partners, clients, and employers.
Our personalized, online training program gives veterans the technical skills they need to excel in a Salesforce role.
The Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts, organized and coordinated by SalesHub, is a career development initiative designed specifically for US service members and veterans. Our goal is to fast-track their careers within the Salesforce ecosystem. Participants, who have successfully completed the Fundamentals "Get Started with Salesforce" program, receive comprehensive support. This includes community engagement, specialized webinars focused on career advancement, and mentorship from experienced Trailblazers. Through this program, individuals not only enhance their technical skills but also obtain their first Salesforce certification and secure entry-level positions within the Salesforce industry.
At the heart of our mission is the drive to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and tightly-knit community of technical professionals. We envision a world where talent is celebrated on a global scale and where opportunities are equally accessible to all, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Employers pledge to hire new Salesforce professionals and implement inclusive hiring practices.
Employers can access certified candidates from workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and individuals transitioning careers through LinkedIn and career fairs.
The program provides training for job seekers, with a special focus on underrepresented groups in the tech industry, including individuals with disabilities, veterans, and military spouses. Its aim is to equip these individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become certified Salesforce professionals.
The Salesforce ecosystem is expected to create 9.3 million new jobs by 2026, making it a great place to learn in-demand skills that are highly sought after by employers. The ecosystem refers to the network of companies that Salesforce works with to address the complex business needs of its customers. This includes partner firms, independent software vendors (ISVs), third-party providers, and customers leading digital transformation. The Salesforce ecosystem is much larger than Salesforce itself and is projected to continue growing, reaching almost six times its current size by 2024.
There are over a million jobs available in the Salesforce ecosystem, so no matter your background or interests, there is likely a path for you. Some examples of careers in Salesforce include Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, and careers in sales or marketing.
The individuals who have graduated from our program are highly motivated, skilled, and eager to take on new challenges.
Salesforce is a market leader in cloud computing and digital transformation, with a constantly growing array of products, services, and applications that have made it the number one CRM platform in the world. We believe it is the new standard in the industry.
Salesforce encourages and supports its Partners in their efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within their organizations. Partners can earn 50 points by completing two out of the three suggested activities based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals: volunteering time, making a monetary donation, or implementing a corporate policy.
