Adjusting to life in a new country can be challenging, especially when it comes to finding a job that aligns with your interests, qualifications, and goals. Many talented immigrants and refugees may have to accept temporary or low-skilled work due to a lack of credentials and specialized skills, which can hinder their social and economic integration. However, we believe that this does not have to be the case.
We are working to create a supportive environment for asylum seekers to learn technical leadership and digital skills in the country's top IT hubs, with the help of our local partners. Through our program, we provide newcomers with the technical training and support they need to embark on successful careers in Salesforce. This includes one-on-one job coaching and the opportunity to build a network of like-minded individuals who can help them find job opportunities. After completing the training, we assist program graduates in finding fulfilling employment by connecting them with our network of Salesforce partners, clients, and local businesses.
In collaboration with our local partners, we are creating a special program for asylum seekers to learn technical leadership and digital skills in the most sought-after IT locations in the country.
Obtain the necessary knowledge, contacts, and guidance to launch a career in the top CRM in the world.
After finishing the training, connect directly with our network of Salesforce partners, clients, and employers.
Our personalized, online training program gives newcomers the technical skills they need to excel in a Salesforce role.
Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts is a career development program that helps accelerate the careers of jobseekers from traditionally underrepresented communities in tech who have participated in the Fundamentals “Get Started with Salesforce” program. Participants are supported through community, career readiness-focused webinars, and mentorship from experienced Trailblazers as they build Salesforce technical skills, earn their first Salesforce certification, and land their first Salesforce role.
We are on a mission to create a more diverse, inclusive, and integrated community of technical professionals. We envision a world where talent is globally recognized and opportunities are equally accessible.
Employers pledge to hire new Salesforce professionals and implement inclusive hiring practices.
Employers can access certified candidates from workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and individuals transitioning careers through LinkedIn and career fairs.
The program trains job seekers, with a focus on underrepresented groups in tech (such as Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Multiracial, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, veterans, and military spouses), to become Salesforce certified professionals.
The Salesforce ecosystem is expected to create 9.3 million new jobs by 2026, making it a great place to learn in-demand skills that are highly sought after by employers. The ecosystem refers to the network of companies that Salesforce works with to address the complex business needs of its customers. This includes partner firms, independent software vendors (ISVs), third-party providers, and customers leading digital transformation. The Salesforce ecosystem is much larger than Salesforce itself and is projected to continue growing, reaching almost six times its current size by 2024.
There are over a million jobs available in the Salesforce ecosystem, so no matter your background or interests, there is likely a path for you. Some examples of careers in Salesforce include Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, and careers in sales or marketing.
The individuals who have graduated from our program are highly motivated, skilled, and eager to take on new challenges. They come from a variety of backgrounds including finance, customer service, business administration, sales, marketing, and IT.
Salesforce is a market leader in cloud computing and digital transformation, with a constantly growing array of products, services, and applications that have made it the number one CRM platform in the world. We believe it is the new standard in the industry.
Salesforce encourages and supports its Partners in their efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within their organizations. Partners can earn 50 points by completing two out of the three suggested activities based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals: volunteering time, making a monetary donation, or implementing a corporate policy.
Our program aims to provide the knowledge, community, and employment opportunities necessary for building a long-term and rewarding career in the Salesforce ecosystem. By the end of the program, you will have a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, including application development, system administration, data management, system architecture, and best practices. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different Salesforce careers and gain insight into how the platform is used through the active Salesforce community of partners and customers. With the support of mentors and experienced Salesforce professionals, you will receive tailored guidance, expand your network, and explore career options.
The course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to earn the globally recognized Salesforce Administrator credential, along with best practices in the field. Upon completion of the course, you will be well-prepared to begin a career as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Developer. In addition to virtual training, you will have access to supplementary e-learning resources such as Trailhead, Focus on Force, and Udemy to reinforce your understanding of the material.
